Utah County is located in central Utah.  The County Seat is Provo and the largest city is Provo.  The Official Web Site is located at http://www.utahcounty.gov/.  The 2014 population estimate is 560,974 and the 2010 census population was 516,564.  The land area is 2,003.45 square miles and there are 257.8 persons per square mile.

93.7% of the population is White, 0.7% is Black or African American, 11% is Hispanic or Latino, 1.6% is Asian, 0.8% is American Indian or Alaska Native, 0.8% is Native Hawaiian or Pacific Islander, and 2.4% is two or more races.  93.6% have a high school degree or higher, and 36.5% have a Bachelor degree or higher.

The median home value is $222,100, there are 143,005 households, an average of 3.61 persons per household.  The per capita income is $20,774,  the median household income is $60,196, and 14% of the persons in Utah County are considered below poverty level.
