Birth records since late 1904. If the birth occurred before 1904, try contacting the county office for information. They will charge you whether they find the person you are looking for or not.

Death records since late 1904. If the death occurred before 1904, try contacting the county office for information. They will charge you whether they find the person you are looking for or not.

Marriage records since 1909. If the marriage record is not available at the State office, contact the Nebraska State Historical Society or the County Clerk's office in the county where the marriage license was applied for.

Divorce records since 1909. If divorce records are not available at the state office, they should be available from the Clerk of the District Court in the county where the divorce was granted.
