1) New Jersey Warrants and Most Wanted Directory. Search for criminal wants and warrants in New Jersey.
2) Free searches - listed below. New Jersey provides free access to a range of criminal record databases. To do your own search we suggest that you start with the “Featured Public Records” below and search the New Jersey APP.com service for statewide Superior Court criminal conviction records filed since 2000. You can also check the name against the inmate and offender databases below, and search for federal criminal records with the PACER U.S. District Court system (requires registration and a small fee). Also on this page are county and local resources for inmates and arrests. If your subject has resided in any of those regions, consider checking those databases.
3) New Jersey State Police. Another option is to use the resource below for the Department of Law & Public Safety and order a criminal history check from the New Jersey State Police. If you qualify, you can order a background search that will include a history of all convictions, arrests, and pending cases for the subject. The fee for requesting your own record is $41. This does not include U.S. Federal Records, so we recommend a PACER search as well.
