Use the resource titled “Criminal Histories | Official” for information from the Iowa Division of Criminal Investigation (DCI) on how to order an official criminal history check by mail or fax. The official search requires a consent form signed by the subject of the search and the results include arrest information. $15.00 per search. Immediate results.
