98.1% of the population is White, 0.3% is Black or African American, 1.5% is Hispanic or Latino, 0.3% is Asian, 0.3% is American Indian or Alaska Native, 0% is Native Hawaiian or Pacific Islander, and 0.9% is two or more races.  91.1% have a high school degree or higher, and 17.7% have a Bachelor degree or higher.

The median home value is $108,200, there are 5,996 households, an average of 2.41 persons per household.  The per capita income is $26,184,  the median household income is $54,583, and 9.6% of the persons in Harrison County are considered below poverty level.
