96.7% of the population is White, 1.8% is Black or African American, 1.9% is Hispanic or Latino, 0.3% is Asian, 0.4% is American Indian or Alaska Native, 0% is Native Hawaiian or Pacific Islander, and 0.8% is two or more races.  90.5% have a high school degree or higher, and 19.1% have a Bachelor degree or higher.
