93.2% of the population is White, 2.6% is Black or African American, 20.3% is Hispanic or Latino, 1.4% is Asian, 0.6% is American Indian or Alaska Native, 0.1% is Native Hawaiian or Pacific Islander, and 2.1% is two or more races.  85.8% have a high school degree or higher, and 19.3% have a Bachelor degree or higher.

The median home value is $158,800, there are 17,938 households, an average of 3.00 persons per household.  The per capita income is $25,888,  the median household income is $60,893, and 11.3% of the persons in Boone County are considered below poverty level.
