Harmon County is located in southwest Oklahoma.  The County Seat is Hollis and the largest city is Hollis.    The 2014 population estimate is 2,798 and the 2010 census population was 2,922.  The land area is 537.19 square miles and there are 5.4 persons per square mile.

The median home value is $43,400, there are 1,106 households, an average of 2.50 persons per household.  The per capita income is $18,582,  the median household income is $26,688, and 28.8% of the persons in Harmon County are considered below poverty level.
