2) Rhode Island Bureau of Criminal Identification. Use the “Criminal Histories (information)” resource below for information on how to order a criminal history check from the Bureau of Criminal Identification (BCI). Requires a signed, notarized release from the subject of the search. Results are mailed back within 7 days.
