We suggest you start with the resource below titled “Court Records | New Mexico State Judiciary” and search for statewide criminal, civil, and traffic court records from the District and Magistrate Courts. You can also search the resources below for federal inmates; DWI offenders; Department of Correction inmates; offenders on probation; registered s-offenders; and federal criminal court records (through the inexpensive PACER U.S. District Court system).
2) New Mexico Department of Public Safety. Information on how to order an official criminal history search from the New Mexico Department of Public Safety (NMDPS). They provide a search of all misdemeanor, felony, and DWI arrests statewide. Requirements include a notarized release from the subject of the search, and a $15 fee.
