Be advised: New Hampshire does not provide criminal court records online and there is no central criminal record database available to the public.

Another option is to use the resource titled “Criminal Histories (info)” below for information from the New Hampshire Department of Safety Division of State Police on how to obtain a criminal history check. Click on “Criminal Records Unit” at the bottom of their page to start. Cost is $25 and results are mailed to you. The State Police offers the only complete New Hampshire criminal records search.
