MONTANA CRIMINAL RECORDS SEARCH

Montana Criminal Records

1) Montana Warrants and Most Wanted Directory.  Search for criminal wants and warrants in Montana.

2) Free searches - listed below. Be advised: Montana does not make criminal court records available online for free, aside from Supreme Court opinions. You may use the free resources below to check parole dispositions and hearings, Supreme Court cases, Department of Corrections inmates, federal inmates, statewide registered offenders, federal criminal court records (through the inexpensive PACER system), and available county databases for inmates and arrests.

3) Montana Department of Justice.  Use the “Criminal Histories” resource below to order a statewide criminal record history from the Montana Department of Justice (DOJ). Searches are $11.50 each and can be ordered and received instantly online. Records include arrests, detentions, sentences, correctional status, and release information. As the DOJ does not provide federal records, we recommend also a search for federal inmates and federal court records, per option 1 above.

4) Search Systems State, National, and International Criminal Records. Criminals don't stop at state borders.  Beef up your search with our Search Systems Premium criminal record database - the largest available to the public online containing over 450 million criminal records in all states.  Includes over 70 national and international terrorist, debarred persons, and most wanted databases.  The cost per search is $14.95 and results are immediate.  See Inside Edition's report on YouTube.

NOTE:  Montana only provides our Premium database with records of current inmates and registered s. & violent offenders. For a full Montana criminal record search, we recommend you consider option #2 above.
