1) Free searches - listed below. Alaska provides free access to criminal court records. To do your own search we suggest that you start with the resources below under “Featured Public Records.” Use the CourtView Trial Court Index to look for statewide criminal court records. Also available are Appellate court records, Supreme Court case filings, statewide registered offenders, Anchorage crimes, and the federal PACER system for criminal court records (an inexpensive pay site).
2) Alaska Department of Public Safety. Another option is to use the resource below for the Alaska Dept of Public Safety (ADPS) Criminal Information Center and order a statewide criminal history check. Name searches are $20 and fingerprint searches are $35. Results are sent by mail. This does not include U.S. Federal Records, so we recommend a PACER search as well.
